Dear Prospective Customers and Buyers,
Recently we heard the news that Nagase & Co., Inc (Nagase Japan) will recall Axion branded products in Japan. We took immediate action and contacted our factory in Asia. As of today, we have been informed that this is a unilateral and irrational action from Nagase Japan. Nagase Japan imports and sells Japan-only product models in Japanese market under our factory’s brand. For details, please refer to the public notice released by our factory below.
We apologize for any confusion it might cause. This recent news would not affect our commitment to always offer high-quality, leading-edge consumer electronics solutions and superior service to our loyal customers.

NOTICE
Subject: Nagase& Co., Inc. has unilaterally announced that it would voluntarily recall Axion electronic products sold by Nagase & Co., Inc.
- Action Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd is one of the manufacturers and suppliers for the Axion electronic products recalled by Nagase & Co., Inc .
- 2. Through an unbiased third party, the safety issue of the recall products had been tested and verified, the third party could not identify the product safety concerns as Nagase & Co., Inc has alleged. So far Nagase & Co., Inc itself has not provided enough evidence to support its allegation. Despite the third party has presented to Nagase & Co., Inc the testing results against Nagase & Co., Inc’ allegation, Nagase & Co., Inc unilaterally announced that it would recall the products.
- 3. Since March 2007, Nagase & Co., Inc is going through an internal reorganization based on its own risk management analysis. The electronic consumer product line is a new product line carried by Nagase & Co., Inc. And Nagase & Co., Inc is inexperienced selling such products and has inadequate after sales customer support for such products too, therefore, Nagase & Co., Inc has experienced terrible weak sales and extremely high returns for the Axion product line. So Nagase & Co., Inc is closing its electronic consumer department and announced the Axion products recall.
Based on the above-mentioned facts, we, Action Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd, absolutely disagrees with the irrational recall made by Nagase & Co., Inc. And Action Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd will not participle Nagase & Co., Inc’ recall nor take any responsibility for Nagase & Co., Inc’ recall. Moreover, the recall already damaged Action Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd’s reputation and Action Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd reserves the rights to take a legal action against Nagase & Co., Inc in the future.
